About

Working with me feels natural, grounded, and flexible. I’m engaged, attuned, and genuinely invested in your healing. I’m not a blank slate —    I show up with curiosity, steadiness, and a thoughtful presence. I ask meaningful questions, offer insights when they’re helpful, and create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful intention: to help you understand your story, heal what hurts, and move toward a life that feels grounded, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.

I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults in every stage of life — people navigating complicated relationships, demanding work lives, major transitions, and the search for clarity, healing, or a renewed sense of purpose.

I completed my graduate training in Chicago at Roosevelt University, an APA‑accredited program, where I earned both my master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology.

My clinical background is broad, and I’m trained to work with a wide range of concerns. I have experience providing both long-term and short-term culturally sensitive therapy, utilizing a variety of evidenced based treatment interventions tailored to each person’s needs.

Over the years, I’ve received additional training in mindfulness‑based approaches, trauma, grief, and loss. I also have many years of experience providing preventative psycho-educational presentations on a range of mental health related topics, with a particular focus on self-care and stress management. My passion has always been and continues to be working with adults who have encountered challenging life situations, are attempting to change their lives

for the better, and evolve.
